Even though SXSW is still a few weeks away, we’re packing our bags early (mostly with shoes) and counting down the days until we bring some of Michigan to Austin.

We also couldn’t wait to share with you some of the exciting events we have planned for March.

For starters, we’ve partnered with one of our favorites: Michigan House, which is a roving pop-up space that shares the best and most authentic parts of Michigan with the world.

At the Michigan House pop-up we’ll be hosting a #MakeAScene ReBoot Lounge and offering guests a place to connect, regroup, and literally recharge with some branded battery packs!

And even though we’re only in Austin for a few days, our calendar is pretty packed. We’ll be there for an official SXSW panel discussions, two days of events, and three nights of making a scene (aka, cocktail parties).  

Our last day will quite possibly be the best because we’re hosting the Michigan House Music Showcase at Stay Gold alongside our fellow Michigan-based friends Founders Brewery and AMI Jukeboxes.

Not to mention we’ll have some of the best jams including Flint Eastwood, O N E F R E Q, Stef Chura, The Go Rounds and Michigander, all musicians from the Great Lakes state.

We’ll also be introducing our newest #Earthmover, Jax Anderson, the front woman for the Detroit-based band Flint Eastwood, who will be documenting her trip to Austin on our behalf.
