Back to Construction School 2024

Cat Footwear is happy to announce the return of our Back to Construction School Campaign for 2024!

This campaign was launched in 2023 to highlight the individuals we partnered with Caterpillar's ThinkBIG Program to share the stories on individuals that have chosen careers in the trades. ThinkBIG is a Caterpillar specific instructional program that pays you to train to become a technician. When students are accepted into the program, they alternate between lab and classroom work and a paid internship at a sponsoring Caterpillar dealership.

We are building on last year's campaign by speaking to and highlighting a new group of students inside of the ThinkBIG Program, about why they decided to choose a career in the trades.

This year, we had the pleasure of speaking with the following students:

• Aurelio Resa will begin the ThinkBIG program this fall. He's known he wants to be in this program since middle school.
• Cale Mouser who is a SkillsUSA National Diesel Engine competition winner. Cale will be competing in World Skills this September in France, Manhattan location.
• Justan Beach, who recently graduated from the ThinkBIG program in May with a 4.0 GPA.
• Brianna Fizer & Noah Aweau who are both second year students in the program.

In addition to the spotlighting these students, we are gearing up & giving back to future technicians. In August, for every Colorado Equip purchase, we will donate 5% of sales to the ThinkBIG Caterpillar Technician Academy.
