1. DELIVERY METHODS & CHARGES

Cat Footwear offers two delivery options, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Free Standard Shipping will be delivered within 3-5 working days from your order date.

Express Shipping will be delivered within 2 working days from your order date.*

*Please note that restrictions apply.

2. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS AND INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands.

We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.

3. PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

We currently accept the following credit cards:

Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards/AMEX.

We also accept PayPal.


4. WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

If you no longer have the confirmation email of your order, you can call our Customer Service team on 020 3376 2739 or email info@catfootwear.eu, and they will be very happy to assist. Otherwise if you have an account with us, you will be able to log in and look at your account history.


5. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please contact us immediately on our customer services number 020 3376 2739 and we will attempt to intercept it. Of course, you may return UNWORN products for a full refund within 30 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.


6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days from your order date.

If you suspect a problem on worn product which you have ordered off of our website, the product must undergo inspection before a credit is made to your credit card. Please call 020 3376 2739 for further instruction on returning merchandise that you believe is suffering a problem.
 

7. FOOTWEAR CARE & MAINTENANCE

To prolong the lifetime of our shoes/boot its very important to look after them and a vital part of that it cleaning and reproofing them.

FULL - GRAIN LEATHER

To keep leather in good condition use polish. If wet allow leather to dry naturally. Insert a shoe tree or rolled up paper to help keep the shape when drying. Do not place on a radiator as this may affect the leather.

NUBUCK

Dirt should be allowed to dry naturally. Once dry use a soft brush or cloth to remove the dirt. Brush in a circular motion to lift the nap but avoid staying in the same area for too long. Brushing on a regular basis will help to keep the nubuck in good condition.

SUEDE

Use a brush to get rid of any dirt, ensure that you brush with the grain and not against it. Apply a small amount of water to the brush if dirt is still difficult to remove, but clean the whole product to avoid individual marks. Return to Top

8. HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW?

Choose the product that you have purchased and click into that product page. Scroll down, and in the section named 'Ratings & Reviews' click on 'Write a Review'. In there, you will be able to review the whole product experience from rating the product, reviewing it, and even leaving an image. Then click 'Submit' and your comments will be passed for reviewing.
