  • How do I return my order?

  • What is your returns policy?

    We will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through If you purchased from another store or website, please contact the retailer directly. Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition, and within 30 days of original purchase (invoice date).

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Returns can take up to 14 working days from the date of receipt at our warehouse (Netherlands). An automated email will confirm the refund however, depending on your payment method it may take a few days after that for the refund to show back in your account.

  • What do I do if my product arrives damaged or is faulty?

    As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our customer service team.

  • I tried to return my order but UPS sent my parcel back to me. What do I do now?

    Please contact customer service at with your order number and they will be able to advise.

  • I am returning an order from the UK. How do I attach the 3 invoices to my order?

    Fold and attach 3 copies of the invoice to the outside of the box (personal details do not need to be visible, but clearly label as INVOICES on the outside). Attach the UPS Shipping Label to the outside of the box.

  • Can I exchange my order?

    At this time, we cannot offer exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order.

  • Can I return a CAT item I bought in a store to you?

    We can only accept returns purchased through If you purchased from another store or retailer then please contact and return to them directly.
