2. Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on your email confirmation or by logging into your account. If you cannot find it, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to assist.

We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please contact Customer Service immediately and we will attempt to intercept it.

You can find our return policy here.
Returns can take up to 14 working days from the date of receipt at our Netherlands warehouse. An automated email will confirm the refund however, depending on your payment method it may take a few days after that for the refund to show back in your account.

To opt out of our emails, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

We do not currently sell spare laces or insoles.
Return to Top7. How do I clean my footwear?
In general we recommend the following guidelines for cleaning the footwear:
- Cleaning
- On a regular basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. After extended, rugged use, wash with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to rinse all soap off.
- Drying
- Open footwear fully, remove the insole and laces and dry at room temperature. Never expose to heat!
- Conditioning
- Recommended treatment depends on construction and materials of the footwear (most treatments do alter color and appearance).
8. When will I receive a refund?
Returns can take up to 10 working days from the date of receipt at our depot. An automated email will confirm the refund however it may take a few days after that for the refund to show back in your account.

You can use our Store Finder to locate your nearest CAT Footwear seller. Please contact the store beforehand as not all styles are available at every location.
