Poor quality soles I've had these boots about 6 months now and the soles are falling apart. I'm sure the hollow rubber soles makes them lighter, but the rubber on bottom wore holes through them in the first couple of months. I've had a few pairs of a different style of cat boot that lasted about a year and a half in the same conditions, but for whatever reason someone went cheap with these. The soles should last longer than 2 or 3 months before getting holes in them. They are comfy and would be great for someone who only needed boots for 2 or 3 months or if you don't mind holes in the soles that pick up gravel

Unsatisfied I bought these boots in summer 2015. It's not spring 2016 and I can't count the number of problems I have with this boot on one hand. First I had to return the boot 3 times because they run so big. After finally getting the correct size, I spent 3 weeks with blisters. After some adjustments with some heel insoles, the lace holes started popping out, one after another. Finally, bottoms wore through, the back of the heel ripped off, and the bottom of the leather has a 2" separation from the bottom. The back of the inside is long gone. Walmart boots last longer than these. On the plus side, these boots are very light weight and were water proof prior to the holes wearing in them. The zipper is convient, I've only tied my boots three times since I bought them. All said and done, if Walmart had composite toe boots, I wouldn't have even visited this site again.

My husband really likes these boots! I bought these boots for my husband. He really likes being able to just zip up the side after setting the laces in place. The first couple of wearings rubbed his ankle but they're fine now.

After 8 months I can’t wait to throw them away!! First let me say I have been wearing cat boots for more than 20 years and usually have no less than 3 pairs at any given time. I have worn out more pairs of Indiana boots then I care to count. I am a machinist and own a landscaping company so to say I am hard on boots is an understatement. I purchased these boots in the spring of 2015 for my shop boots. They go no were but to the machine shop. First thing I noticed is they are cut smaller than other cat boots. Not in length, but in height like the toe area. Kind of like jamming you foot in to a funnel every day. As far as comfort I think they suck. I don’t know what they did different with these boots, but my Indianas, Track Layers, and generators all feel like slippers compared to these. Then after about a month one of the eyelets in the lower portion of the boot pulled out from the leather and now the majority are pulled out. The zipper on the side is more of a gimmick then it is useful. The soles and leather are holding up well for being in a machine shop and they do grip well on oily or wet steel. This is the good thing about these uncomfortable hunks of leather and rubber So the morel of the story is that these were the most expensive cat boot I have purchased to date and have been the biggest flops. Not comfortable, not quality, not affordable, not what I have come to expect from cat boots.

quality shoe Seems to be a good quality shoe. Ordered the wide width, but I may just need regular width.
