As Summer comes to an end, we start spending our weekends at apple orchards and pumpkin patches instead of lakes and beaches. This is when your closet starts to see some of your favorite layering pieces make their seasonal comeback. Since some of our favorite Fall styles just arrived, our #OOTD juices are flowing!

To help you through the impending wardrobe transition, and those I-hit-snooze-too-much mornings, we’ve put together some outfit inspiration for the upcoming season.  Don’t worry, we won’t do away with tank tops or ripped jeans, in fact we embrace them! Layering is key for Fall looks and one of our favorite things about the season.  

A top pick for Fall is the OLIVE boot in wine, even though it comes in such an array of colors it was hard to pick just one! The wine is especially nice as a subtle pop when paired with some of our go-to neutrals: white, camel, denim, and grey. And that favorite high-rise denim skirt you wore all Summer? Don’t be so quick to put it away for the new season. A slightly over-sized white button-down with the sleeves rolled up is its perfect partner. Throw on a long sleeveless coat in a neutral color like camel and you’re ready for that coffee date.

Grabbing afternoon drinks instead of coffee? Swap the coat and button down for a cozy wool blend sweater in a neutral color and a statement necklace for a pop of detail for the evening. Knee-high socks will keep your legs warm and add a bit of feminine charm to balance out the chunky heel.

Even though Labor Day unofficially marks the start of Fall, it is official that no one follows the “don’t wear white after Labor Day” rule anymore. So throw on that tried, tested, and true pair of ripped white jeans and a cozy oversized cardigan. Layer it over a favorite t-shirt or tank for a comfortable outfit that will take you from brunch with the girls to an afternoon with family.
