Good boots, good price I have been getting these boots for several years now, they have a great out of the box comfort, no need to get them broke in before full use.

Good tough boot! I just bought another pair of these exact boots. The Alaska FX boots look the part for what a workboot should be/do. These last boots I retired to strictly around the house use after 3 years. That is at work inside a factory allday sometimes 12hr days to also using them around the house. The wear on them has gotten to the point where I wanted to get some new ones. Don't ever stop making this look of a boot!!! I've bought a new pair of these same boots every 2-3 years. They are my first choice for what I am looking for in tread design/depth and overall boot design. Thanks!

Good boot but doesn't hold up to heavy use Good boot but I only get 4 months use out of them. The sides push out or the sole comes off the bottom

Tread doesn't hold up against other boots I loved everything about these boots when I bought them. Looks, comfort, even somewhat resistant against the rainy days. After only 8 months of minimal wear, the tread on the front underneath the toe started to tear and shortly after ripped completely off. I had a pair of Timberlands that I beat up every day and they lasted 7 years. Was hoping to call CAT and see if they have any kind of warranty, but after reading the reviews, I can see that probably ain't gunna happen. This is obviously a common issue. If you want to spend a buck fifty on boots that don't last a year, go for it. I'll take my business somewhere else.
