Read the other reviews. Based on the length of time that I have this shoe the wear is as expected. I am on my second pair and it's one of the most comfortable work shoes i ever had.
My biggest problem is with the laces, they are always broken before the shoe is done.
Am buying another one in a few days.

I've had a few pair of these shoes over the years. They can tend to frey a bit but hold up very well considering. They are the most comfortable steel toe I have ever tried. I have recommended them to other co workers.

I';ve had these shoes for almost exactly a year. Overall their a decent shoe when used in an industrial office environment - but as stated by others they began to fray & fall apart almost imediately, the tread wore off the bottom very quickly, and they leaked water through the sole just walking through the parking lot after a rain. I'll be looking into a different pair for this year.
