When you put an item in your shopping Cart, you''re not obligated to buy it. You can choose to place the order right away, or keep shopping. And, you can put as many items as you want in your shopping Cart or delete any items at any time. When you''re ready to place your order, you can go to your shopping Cart and click on the Place Order button.
Methods of Payment
We accept MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment for all on-line orders. Your credit card is not charged until your order is accepted for shipping.
Sales Tax
Federal, Provincial or any other applicable taxes will be calculated and added to your Order. The taxes will appear on your online order form and on the invoice included with your order.
Shipping and Availability
Although we make every effort to fulfill each order, from time to time certain items may be unavailable. We will not automatically make substitutions to your order under any circumstance. If the item you want is out of stock for any reason, we will notify you via email or phone, the item on your order form will be canceled and your credit card will not be charged for that item. Depending on certain geographic and distribution conditions, you can expect your shipment within 5-10 business days. Every effort will be made to offer an expedited level of shipment.
We are currently charging a flat fee of $7.00 per order (regardless of order quantity or carrier).
Easy Returns & Free Exchanges
CatFootwear.CA stands behind the quality of workmanship and materials used in the footwear. If merchandise is found to be defective, customer service will assume full responsibility and give credit for the merchandise, as long as the proper procedures for returning goods are observed. Excessively worn or damaged merchandise will not qualify for credit.
We will also refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For returns or exchanges, please call Customer Service at 1-800-263-8272 Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time and our email address is catfootwearca@wwwinc.com.
All returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (RA) that will be provided to you by our Customer Service department. To ensure prompt service, please respond within 30 days of receipt of your order. When you contact us for a return or exchange, we will request the following information: After contacting our Customer Service department, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to our warehouse

Unfortunately, we cannot provide online shopping to customers residing outside of Canada.
